沿革 - History
1940年12月： 創業（創業者： 山田 寛行）
明治時代から本邦への紙の輸入窓口となっていたのは、日本レンドラム㈱
（英国ロンドンレンドラム㈱の在邦法人）。そこで勤務していた創業者が、
同社から商権を譲り受けて日加商事株式会社を設立。それが当社の前身。
1947年12月： 日加貿易㈱に改称
1948年6月： 設立
1950年8月： 山田貿易㈱に改称
1979年3月： 前社長 山田 敏行 代表取締役就任
2007年4月： 現社長 山田 憲一 代表取締役就任
